The order of suspension issued by the second respondent in proceedings dated 01.03.2011 is under challenge in this writ petition.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the second respondent brought to the notice of this Court that the writ petitioner

passed away on 08.02.2012. Since, the challenge in this writ petition is the order of suspension, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken in respect of the grounds raised in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no orders as to costs. Consequently, MP(MD)No. 2 of 2011 is closed.
