ORDER

The grievance of the writ petitioners is that the appointment of the writ petitioner was already approved by the competent educational authorities. However, the benefits due to them from the year 1987 onwards has not been considered at all. In this regard, the writ petitioners have submitted a representation to the third respondent on 30.11.2012 and the same is yet to be considered. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.Thus, without going into the merits, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 30.11.2012 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petitioner is directed to enclose the copy of the representation and the documents, if any, along with the order passed in this writ petition.

3.Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
