ORDER
The grievance of the writ petitioners is that the appointment of the writ petitioner as Watchman has not been approved in accordance with the provisions of the act and rules. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2.The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner states that the writ petitioner is fully qualified and eligible for appointment to the post of Watchman. The appointment already made by the fourth respondent school has not been approved by the competent educational authorities. In this regard the writ petitioner has submitted a representation to the third respondent on 05.11.2008 and the same is yet to be considered. 3.Thus, without going into the merits of the matter, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 05.11.2008 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petitioner is directed to enclose the copy of the representation and the documents, if any, along with the order passed in this writ petition. 4.Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
