: RESPONDENTS Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to furnish the information sought by the petitioner in his representation dated 18.08.2010 within a stipulated time and consequently initiate penal action against the 3rd respondent in pursuant to the order passed by the first respondent in his proceedings in case No. 30206/2010 dated 31.01.2011.

ORDER

The third respondent filed a counter affidavit indicating that the relevant information was given to the petitioner on 14.07.2011.

3. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the first respondent endorsed the correctness of the submission.

4. In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication. This Writ Petition is dismissed as infructous. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
