ORDER

The petitioners have filed this writ petition for a writ of mandamus, directing the first respondent to consider the representation, dated 09.03.2013, submitted by the petitioners through their power of attorney, for grant of ryotwari patta, in respect of the lands, comprised in Survey Nos.723/1 to 897 of Urumangulam Village of Radhapuram Taluk, Tirunelveli District. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the respondents.

3.Considering the limited relief sought for, without going to the merits of the matter, this Court directs the petitioner to send a fresh representation to the second respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of such representation, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner within a period of eight weeks thereafter.
