(Order of the Court was made by C.KUMARAPPAN, J.) The present Review Application has been filed to review the order of this Court in W.A.(MD)No.2913 of 2025, dated 15.10.2025.
2. We have heard both sides.
3. The ground and the contention put forth by the learned counsel for the petitioner is to the effect of re-adjudication of the merits of the matter, which this Court has already decided on 15.10.2025. In a review jurisdiction, unless there is an apparent error or an inadvertent omission, the question of reconsidering the merits once again, is contrary to the 2/5
settled principles. From the arguments advanced by the petitioner counsel, we absolutely find no ground to invoke the review jurisdiction.
