The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents to file the final report in Crime No.122 of 2025 within a time fixed by this Court. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, would submit that the second respondent is conducting the investigation in an effective manner and they would file a final report within a period of three (3) months.

3.
