*********** [Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The petitioner filed this Writ Petition to restrain the respondents from evicting him from the property at Door No.1/13 D, Survey No.117, Senthangudi Village, Alangudi Taluk, Pudukkottai District.

2. The petitioner has come up with a grievance that he would be evicted without following due process of law.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader made it very clear that the petitioner would be evicted only in accordance with law, in case he is in unauthorized occupation of public property. The said submission is recorded.
