Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other Writ, order or direction in the nature of Writ directing the 2nd and 3rd respondents to enquire my complaint dated 20.09.2025 and to take appropriate action against the 4th and 5th respondents and seize the gold jewel weighing 19.800 Gram pledged by me on 01.07.2023 under Jewel Loan Account No. AJL-675 with the 4th respondent and to return the same within time frame fixed. ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to enquire into his complaint dated 20.09.2025 and to take action appropriate action against the respondents 4 and 5 within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the complaint lodged by the petitioner, an enquiry is pending to ascertain whether any cognizable offence is made out and that the same would be concluded within a period of two weeks.

3. In view of the above submission, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to complete the above said enquiry and communicate the result of the same to the petitioner within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
