ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to take the petitioner's application dated 08.09.2025 on file and to process the same by issuing notice to the respondents 2 to 5 under the provisions of the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent submitted that the enquiry is in progress and that appropriate orders would be passed upon completion of the enquiry.

3. Recording the above submission, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to complete the enquiry as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
