Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order of termination in No.RC 2/ 2010-2011, dated 07.06.2010 passed by the first respondent and quash the same as arbitrary and illegal and consequently direct the first respondent to reinstate the petitioner into the service as Secondary Grade Assistant. O R D E R

This petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order of termination in No.RC 2/ 2010-2011, dated 07.06.2010 passed by the first respondent and quash the same as arbitrary and illegal and consequently direct the first respondent to reinstate the petitioner into the service as Secondary Grade Assistant.

2. When the matter was listed for hearing on 29.11.2017, there is no representation for the petitioner and the matter was directed to be posted on 05.12.2017. Even on that day, there was no representation for the petitioner and the matter was directed to be posted on 11.12.2017, under the caption for dismissal. Even today (11.12.2017), the counsel for the petitioner is absent.

3. In such circumstances, this Court finds that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case. Therefore, this Writ Petition is dismissed for default on non-prosecution. No costs.
