PRAYER:Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to remove the road being laid by encroaching the Adaikkan Asari Kulam, Sethur Village, Natham Taluk, Dindigul District, causing damage to the irrigation tank and irrigation channel leading to the petitioner's ayacut lands S.Nos.464/1B, 566/1B1, 566/3B1, 566/3B4, 625/3B, 625/3C & 625/3F, Sethur Villalge, Natham Taluk, Dindigul District before the ensuing monsoon.

O R D E R
[Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The action taken by the Panchayat President to lay a road through the Adaikkan Asari Kulam, Sethur Village, Natham Taluk, Dindigul District made the petitioner to file this Writ Petition.
2. It is the grievance of the petitioner that in order to help the private individuals, the respondents laid the road through Adaikkan Asari Kulam. Though the petitioner submitted a representation dated 01 October, 2013, there was no response from the concerned respondents. The petitioner, therefore, filed this Writ Petition.
3. The petitioner is given liberty to submit a comprehensive representation to the District Collector, Dindigul District, to redress his grievances. In case any such representation is given, the same shall be considered and disposed of on merits and as per law with notice to all concerned. Such exercise shall be completed, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of representation.
4. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
