O R D E R

An order dated 18.09.2025 rejecting the petitioner's request for a survey is challenged on the ground that such order is unreasoned.

2. Learned Government Advocate accepts notice for both the respondents.

3. On perusal of the impugned order, it is recorded therein that "The application 2025/0123/30/002045 is rejected by Firka Surveyor on 18/9/2025". No reasons for rejection are stated therein. Since the order is completely unreasoned, the order cannot be sustained and is hereby set aside.

4. As a consequence, the matter is remanded for reconsideration by the Tahsildar. After providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and to owners of relevant adjacent lands, a speaking order shall be issued 2/4
