M/s.M.Aasha Government Advocate (Criminal Side) ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD).No.18867 of 2025 dated 29.10.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been diagnosed HIV positive and with Bronchial Asthma. Hence, he prays for modification of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police has submitted the status report in this case.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD).No.18867 of 2025 dated 29.10.2025 is modified, and the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, Khadakpada 2/4

Police Station, Thane District, Maharashtra State, once in a month ie., on 1st working day of every month at 10.30 a.m,. If any difficulty, the Inspector of Police, Khadakpada Police Station, is directed to visit the petitioner's house and obtain a signature. The petitioner is directed to give the address of the petitioner at the residence of the Thane District to the respondent police. Further, the Inspector of Police, Khadakpada Police Station, Thane District, is directed to report to the respondent police on every month. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
