2. Heard the learned counsel on both sides and perused the materials available on record.

Considering the nature of the offence, and since charge sheet has been filed, the condition imposed by the Principal Sessions Judge,Kanyakumari District at Nagercoil, in Crl.M.P.No.4096 of 2025, is hereby modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court as and when required. The other conditions imposed by the trial Court is confirmed.
