*********** [Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The petitioner submitted a representation before the Tahsildar, Aranthangi, requesting to remove the encroachment in respect of the channel in Survey No.14, cart track Survey No.104 of Chidambaraviduthi Village and Cart Track Survey No.320 in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Kurumbur Village, Aranthangi Taluk, Pudukkottai District. Since follow-up action was not taken by the Tahsildar, the petitioner is before this Court.

2. We direct the Tahsildar, Aranthangi, in the district of Pudukkottai, to consider and dispose of the representation dated 05 August, 2013, on merits and as per law after issuing notice to the alleged encroachers. Such exercise shall be completed, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. The petitioner is directed to forward a copy of the representation dated 05 August, 2013, along with a copy of this order, so as to enable the Tahsildar, Aranthangi, to dispose of the matter, within the time stipulated above.

4. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
