PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents to survey and demarcate the boundary of the petitioner house site and issue survey report to the petitioner with regard Survey No.43/44 which is situated at Sathira Thondaiman Patty Village, Madurai North Taluk, Madurai District. Based on petitioner representation dated 13.10.2025 within the time limit that may be stipulated by this court.

ORDER

By relying on patta No.2213 and sale deed dated 16.10.2017, the petitioner had applied online for the conduct of a survey.

2. Learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice for all the respondents. He has placed on record a notice scheduling the survey on 08.11.2025.

3. In view of the issuance of such survey notice, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondents 2 and 3 to take further action pursuant to such notice after also issuing notice to owners of relevant adjacent lands and considering objections, if any, from them.
