Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order of the fourth respondent in Na.Ka.No.150/01 dated 04.08.2006 Na.Ka.No.79/2006 dated 02.08.2006 and quash the same in so far as it failed to regularize the service of the petitioner on completion of three years of service as per the conditions of appointment and consequently and direct the respondents herein to regularize the service of the petitioners in Time Scale of Pay after expiry of 3 years from the date of their appointment made pursuant to and in accordance with G.O.Ms.No.198,Municipal Administration and Water Supply Department, dated 26.10.1998 with all attendant benefits within a reasonable time.
