This Writ Petition has been filed praying this Court for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the Petitioner's representation dated 24.08.2012. 2.The Petitioner made a representation dated 24.08.2012 to the respondents seeking promotion from the post of Telephone Operator to Junior Assistant and subsequently the same was forwarded to the higher authorities for consideration. Since no action has been taken on the same, the present Writ Petition has been filed. 3.Considering the limited scope of the prayer made in the Writ Petition, without going into the merits of the case, a direction is issued to the first respondent to consider the representation of the Petitioner dated 24.08.2012 and pass apprpriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
