2. Since only a show cause notice has been issued to the writ petitioner for appearing in person, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present writ petitions. By the counter filed by the second respondent herein, it is brought to the notice of the Court that 36 cases are pending as against the writ petitioner in W.P(MD)No.31504 of 2025 and 26 cases are pending as against the writ petitioner in W.P(MD)No.31505 of 2025. Therefore, the petitioners are directed to approach the first respondent with all the documents. Depending upon the explanation to be offered by the writ petitioner, the first respondent is directed to dispose of the request of the writ petitioner within a period of four weeks. 3/5
