The petitioner approaches this Court with a prayer to direct the first respondent to remove the petitioner's name from the history sheet rowdy list.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has given a representation to the respondents 1 to 3 on 14.09.2013, to remove his name from the rowdy list, but the respondents 1 to 3 have not passed any order so far. 3. Even though the matter was posted on 11.09.2015 for filing objection and the respondents have not filed any objection Hence the matter was posted for orders on 30.09.2015 even today the respondents have not filed any objection.

4. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

5. Considering the fact that the petitioner has given a representation on 14.09.2013 and so far the respondents have not filed any objection, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 14.09.2013 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently the connected Miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
