ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 4. 2.The prayer in the writ petition cannot be granted. If the petitioner wants to restrain the registering authority from registering any document, he has to move the jurisdictional Civil Court and obtain an order of interim injunction. Secondly, the final prayer in a writ petition cannot be in the form of an interim prayer.

3.The petitioner has given a revision petition dated 08.10.2025 before the first respondent. The first respondent is directed to dispose of the said petition on merits and in accordance with law within a period of 2/4

three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner has to put all the interested person on notice before passing final order. I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The contentions of opposite parties are left open.
