Respondents (Crime No.21 of 2009) PRAYER: The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent no.4 to take steps to impound the passport of Sharzookhan husband of the petitioner bearing No.E3550492 with the help of the respondent No.1 and 5 till the completion of the case in C.C.No.15 of 2010 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai connected to Crime NO.21 of 2009 on the file of the respondnet no.5 and consequently, direct the respondent nos. 2 and 3 to forbear the petitioner's husband Sharzookhan from travelling abroad.
