ORDER

The petitioner seeks the transfer the investigation in Crime No.100 of 2024 on the file of the second respondent to any other competent officer under the supervision of the first respondent and to complete the investigation.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that the investigation is now completed and the final report has been filed as 'further action dropped' before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kuzhithurai. 3.In view of the above submission, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with the liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report in the manner known to law, if he is aggrieved.
