This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the impugned First Information Report in Crime No.155 of 2025 on the file of the first respondent police as against the petitioners.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the first respondent, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the investigation, the first respondent has filed the final report and closed the case as a 'mistake of fact'.

3. In view of the above submissions, nothing survives for adjudication in this Criminal Original Petition. Thus, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
