caused by the fourth respondent in respect of cart track pathway situated at Karkudi Village, Shenkottai Taluk, Tirunelveli District.

2.We direct the second respondent to consider and dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 07 June 2013 on merits and as per law, after issuing notice to the fourth respondent and other encroachers, if any. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to forward a copy of representation dated 07 June 2013 along with a copy of this order so as to enable the second respondent to take action as expeditiously as possible.
