O R D E R

The learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 & 2 states that the writ petitioner is not entitled for any claim as made in this writ petition. 2.The writ petitioner was appointed as Junior Assistant in the year 1981. Thereafter, he was promoted to the post of Assistant and in respect of the disbursement of salary, the petitioner made a representation and the same is yet to be considered. The grievance of the writ petitioner is that the salary due to him for the period from 07.09.2012 to 06.11.2012 has not been paid. 3.In this view of the matter, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 22.07.2013 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.The writ petitioner is directed to enclose the copy of the representation and all the relevant documents, if any, along with the order passed in this writ petition.

5.Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
