: RESPONDENTS Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to transfer the case in Crime.No.105/2011 on the file of the 4th respondent police to the file of the 2nd respondent who may in turn dispute an officer in the cadre of Inspector of Police to conduct the investigation in the above case in accordance with law.

For Petitioner : No Appearance For Respondents : Mr.D.Muruganantham Additional Government Pleader.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner.
