ORDER

The above petition has been filed seeking orders to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.6182 of 2025 in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.11326 of 2024 in Crl.A.(MD)No.867 of 2024 dated 30.04.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 19.05.2025 till today, without fail. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would also concede the same.

4. Considering the above, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P. (MD)No.6182 of 2025 in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.11326 of 2024 in Crl.A.(MD)No.867 of 2024 dated 30.04.2025.is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court at 10.30 a.m. on the first working day of every month until further orders.

5. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
