ORDER

The above petition has been filed seeking orders to permit the petitioners to withdraw the amount which was deposited by the respondent in pursuance of the direction of this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

3. It is evident from the records that this Court in C.M.P.(MD)No.13255 of 2025 vide order dated 13.08.2025 directed the respondent to deposit 50% of the award amount with accrued interest and costs to the credit of M.C.O.P.No.394 of 2023 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal / Principal District Judge, Karur.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that they are not having any objections.

5. Considering the above, the petitioners are permitted to withdraw the amount that was deposited by the respondent to the credit of M.C.O.P.No.394 of 2023 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal / Principal District Judge, Karur, as per the apportionment fixed by the Tribunal on filing necessary application before the Tribunal.

6. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
