ORDER

The above petition has been filed seeking orders to permit the petitioners to withdraw the amount that was deposited by the first respondent to the credit of E.C.No. 10 of 2016 on the file of the Employees Compensation Commissioner, Dindigul.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent.

3. It is seen from the records that as per mandatory requirement, the first respondent has already deposited the entire amount with interest.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the first respondent would submit that the petitioners may be permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount.

5. Considering the above, the petitioners are permitted to withdraw 50% of the award amount with accrued interest and costs that was deposited by the first respondent before the Employees Compensation Commissioner, Dindigul, as per the apportionment fixed by the Commissioner and the share of the minor petitioners 2 and 3 shall be deposited in any one of the Nationalised Banks till they attain majority.

6. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
