ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3. Issuance of notice to the fourth respondent is dispensed with. 2.The petitioner apprehends that the fourth respondent may present deed of conveyance in respect of the petition mentioned properties before the third respondent. The petitioner, therefore, wants this Court to restrain the third respondent from registering any such document. 3.This writ petition is not maintainable. The petitioner has to file an injunction suit or a declaratory suit before the jurisdictional Civil 2/6

Court to restrain the private respondents herein from dealing with the properties. If any such suit is filed by the writ petitioner, the same shall be numbered immediately and taken on file provided the papers are in order. It is open to the petitioner to implead the registering authority in the IA without impleading him in the main suit. If any such IA is filed, it shall be disposed of as expeditiously as possible. I have not gone into the merits of the matter.

4.With the aforesaid directions to the jurisdictional Civil Court, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
