Prayer:To Implead the petitioner herein as Respondent No. 2 in the Writ Petition in W.A. (MD) No. 1249 of 2020.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by R.VIJAYAKUMAR, J.) This petition has been filed by a third party to the writ appeal seeking to implead himself in the writ appeal.

2. A perusal of the record indicates that the school management had filed WP(MD) No.516/2018 seeking to quash the order passed by the educational authorities and to approve the appointment of the present impleading petitioner as Junior Assistant with effect from 12.02.2018. Challenging the same, the educational authorities have preferred writ appeal.

3. The impleading petitioner now apprehends that the management may not properly defending the writ appeal and therefore, he wants himself to be impleaded as a respondent in the writ appeal.

4. Considering the fact that an order has been passed in favour of the impleading petitioner in the writ petition, for whom the writ petition was filed by the management and a direction has been issued, we find that the impleading petitioner is not only proper party but also necessary party. Accordingly, this petition is allowed. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment.
