By asserting that the petitioner and his family have been in possession and enjoyment of the land in survey No.267/2 for the past 15 years, the petitioner had submitted a representation requesting for a free house site patta. The present Writ Petition relates thereto.
2. Learned Government Advocate accepts notice for all the respondents. He submits that the petitioner's request would be considered and disposed of on merits within three (3) months.
3. Accordingly, without making any observations on the merits, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's request for patta on merits within three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner.
