2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has jumped out of bail and he has complied the condition for 38 days.
4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly, the condition imposed by this Court is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the trial Court as and when required and for all hearing dates without fail. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
