The writ petition has been filed for a writ of mandamus, directing the second respondent to disburse the arrears of the petitioner's family pension for the months of March 2010 to August 2010 and July 2013 to September 2013.
2.This Court on 24.10.2013 permitted the petitioner to serve notice on the learned standing counsel for the respondents Bank. But till today notice was not served to the respondents. 3.The writ petition is of the year 2013 and no notice was served on the respondents inspite of a direction from this Court. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
