This writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Certiorari to quash the impugned Show Cause Notices issued by the first respondent in Na.Ka./1015/2010(A3) dated 01-03-2011 and A3/1015/2010 dated 05-07-2011 and the consequential Enquiry Notice issued by the second respondent by proceedings in Na.Ka.A3/7139/2011 dated 12-07-2011.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. It is a common knowledge that the posts of President, Vice President, etc., are no more in existence and therefore, this Court is of the view that no further order is required to be passed in this petition. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. However, it is made clear that it is always open to the respondents to initiate appropriate legal action against misappropriation of public funds, if any. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
