ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition for a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to issue patta to the petitioner for the land situate in S.Nos.355/1 and 355/3 of Koothaippar Village, Thiruverumbur Taluk, Trichy District measuring 2.51 acres and 11.68 acres respectively. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.Though the writ petition is filed for a larger relief, seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to

issue patta to the petitioner, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner in the course of his argument, restricted his relief for issuing direction to the respondents to dispose of the petitioner's representation, dated 07.10.2013. 4.In view of the same, this Court directs the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 07.10.2013 within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
