ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents Police to take necessary action on the petitioner's complaint dated 18.06.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner's complaint was enquired into and the same was closed.

3. Recording the said submission, the respondent Police is directed to serve the closure report on the petitioner forthwith. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the closure report in the manner known to law.

4. With the above direction and liberty, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
