ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The above petition has been filed seeking orders to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in its order, dated 27.02.2024, made in Crl.M.P(MD)No.2419 of 2024 in Crl.M.P(MD)No.8488 of 2022 in Crl.M.P(MD)No.3195 of 2022 in Crl.A(MD)No.171 of 2022.

2. It is evident from the records that this Court vide order, dated 27.02.2024, modified the condition and directed the petitioner to appear before the trial Court once in three months on the first working day at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is aged about 86 years and is bedridden and he has produced the medical certificate stating that he is a known case of coronary artery disease/post PCI-angioplasty status/Hypertension and he was advised to take medicine and to avoid exertion and travel.

4. Since the condition was modified directing the petitioner to appear before the trial Court once in three months, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition further. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed. das 10-11-2025 To 1.The Special Judge cum Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kanyakumari District at Nagercoil.
