Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to dispose of the complaint of the petitioner dated 21.09.2025 under CSR.No.1021 of 2025, dated 21.09.2025 on the file of the third respondent, by conducting an enquiry and issue a suitable direction in accordance with law, by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 18.10.2025 within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court, by allowing Writ Petition. ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to dispose of the complaint of the petitioner dated 21.09.2025 under CSR.No.1021/2025 dated 21.09.2025 on the file of the third respondent, by conducting an enquiry and issue a suitable direction in accordance with law by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 18.10.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner's complaint was enquired into and the same was closed.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Writ Petition stands disposed of with direction to the respondent Police to serve the closure report on the petitioner forthwith.
