ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.This writ petition was filed on 31.10.2025 seeking issuance of inter-caste certificate. The petitioner belongs to scheduled caste community and her husband belongs to most backward class community. Since there was delay in issuing the inter-caste certificate, this writ petition came to be filed.

3.This Court requested the learned Government Advocate to use his good office to ensure that inter-caste certificate is issued. Today ie., 10.11.2025, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the writ petitioner submitted that the inter-caste certificate has already been issued.

4.Recording this happy development, this writ petition stands closed. No costs.
