PRAYER:- Writ Petition - filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorari to call for records pertaining to the impugned notice passed in File No.25EE1/005268/25 under Tamil Nadu Urban Local Bodies Act, 1998(Tamil Nadu Rule 35) Amended 2022Under Section 128(1,2) dated 18.09.2025 by the 3rd Respondent and quash the same.

(Order of the Court was made by DR.ANITA SUMANTH, J.) Read this order in continuation of and in conjunction with the order dated 06.11.2025, which reads as follows: "There appears to be a flaw in the impugned notice, insofar as it does not mention any specific house number or address, on account of which, the present Writ Petition has been filed. 2.Ms.S.Devasena, learned standing counsel, who appears for the Madurai Corporation ie., R2 and R3, seeks some time to obtain instructions and produce a proper notice, if need be. 3.List on 10.11.2025.

4.Mr.J.Ashok, learned Additional Government Pleader, accepts notice for R1 & R4.

5.No notice is issued to R5 for the moment.

2.Today, Ms.S.Devasena, learned Standing Counsel, appearing for the Madurai Corporation produces a copy of the notice dated 2/4

22.09.2025 that the corrections in the impugned notice had been carried out and notice dated 22.09.2025 had already been issued to the petitioner, which the learned counsel for the petitioner agrees, has been received yesterday. Hence, proceedings are to continue in respect of the amended notice dated 22.09.2025 in accordance with law. 3.Recording the same, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
