Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned order of the first respondent in clauses 3(iii) of the G.O.Ms.No.154, dated 11.3.2004 abolishing the post of Block Health Statistician and Block Extension Educator are concerned and the consequent order passed by the first respondent in Letter No.56004/R2/2009-14, dated 19.12.2012 and to quash the same and consequently to direct the respondents herein to promote the Petitioners as Block Extension Educator with all monetary and attendant benefits from 2004.
