ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for R1 to R4. Issuance of notice to R5 is dispensed with.

2. The petitioner seeks issuance of separate patta along with his wife. It is opposed by the fifth respondent. The case of the petitioner is that the suit filed by the fifth respondent suffered dismissal on 24.02.2023. A.S.No.11 of 2023 filed by him dismissed on 09.06.2025. The second appeal does not appear to have been filed. In these circumstances, the petitioner has filed the present representation before the third respondent.

3. The third respondent is directed to dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law after notice to the fifth respondent. Such an order shall be passed within a period of twelve weeks thereafter. The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
