ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd Respondent to take action on the petitioner's complaint dated 27.06.2025 within the time period stipulated by this Court.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the respondent police had conducted an enquiry. Since the petitioner had not produced the relevant documents before the respondent police, the petitioner's complaint dated 27.06.2025 was closed.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, the petitioner is directed to submit all the relevant documents before the respondent police. Upon such submission, the respondent police is directed to reopen the petitioner's complaint dated 27.06.2025 and conduct an enquiry. If any cognizable offence is made out, further action shall be taken in accordance with law.

4. With these directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of . No Costs. 18-02-2026 KSA 2/4
