Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent herein to return the amount of Rs.2,33,385/- (Cheque No.387682/24.02.2011 drawn on Karur Vysya Bank) forthwith forcibly collected from the petitioner by the Enforcement Wing Officials during the course of audit inspection on 24.02.2011 as per petitioner's representation dated 19.03.2011. ORDER
The learned counsel for the petitioner would fairly submit that the relief sought for in the present Writ Petition has become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
