This writ petition has been filed in public interest, seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to shift TASMAC Shop No.7553 attached with bar away from Town Survey Nos.58 and 66, Sivagangai which is situating within 100 meter distance from Arulmighu Vaalmuneeswarar Temple and Drawpathiamman Temple, Sivagangai. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The grievance of the petitioner appears to be that a TASMAC

shop is located within the prescribed area of Arulmighu Vaalmuneeswarar Temple and Drawpathiamman Temple, Sivagangai and a representation has been given to the first respondent and the same has not been considered so far. Hence, the present writ petition.

3.We do not express any opinion on the merits of the representation of the petitioner, except to direct the District Collector to consider and dispose of the said representation on its own merit and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
