Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to provide police protection to the petitioner and to do agriculture work for the land in S.Nos.447, 408/6, 470/10, 416/1, 412/5 situated at Palliyur Village, Papanasam Taluk, Thanjavur District based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 16.09.2025.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for Mandamus to direct the second respondent to provide police protection to the petitioner and to do agriculture work for the land in S.Nos.447, 408/6, 470/10, 416/1, 412/5 situated at Palliyur Village, Papanasam Taluk, Thanjavur District based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 16.09.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner's complaint was enquired into and the same was closed.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Writ Petition stands disposed of with direction to the respondent Police to serve the closure report on the petitioner forthwith.
