ORDER

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents police not to harass the petitioner and his family members or compelling him to appear before the second respondent Police Station.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is under surveillance; that several cases are pending against him; and that he has not been harassed.

3. It is needless to say that the respondent police shall not harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry. However, the third respondent shall issue summons to the petitioner as and when his presence is required and the petitioner may appear on such summons.

4. With the above direction, this petition is disposed of. 12.11.2025 Indu/ars 2/4
